Holy Greens, with over 250 employees, operates salad bars from Sundsvall in the north of Sweden to Malmö in the south. Why is corporate culture important for you?

Melissa believes that corporate culture and well-being go hand in hand:

Melissa further emphasizes that an important part of creating a healthy corporate culture is that whistleblowers can feel secure in their anonymity.

How did you want your whistleblowing solution to be designed? Why did you choose to implement a whistleblowing function?

"We needed a function that would comply with legal requirements, be secure, clear, and easy to use with guaranteed anonymity," says Melissa.

It can be complicated to independently build a function that meets all the requirements the law imposes on whistleblowing solutions.
