Arkitektkopia is a nationwide printing company with over 100 employees and a long-standing history within the graphic industry. Anna Dahl Bagge, HR-manager, tells us why Arkitektkopia chose to implement Visslan’s whistleblowing tool and how the solution was an easy and effortless way to comply with the law and create an open and safe company culture.
Why did you choose to implement Visslan’s tools for whistleblowing?
Anna describes how Arkitektkopia wanted to find a solution that not only fit the company's needs but was also easy to implement. The requirements for high security and independent case handling could not be looked past.
“Given the purpose of whistleblowing it was paramount for us to find a solution that ensures anonymity, high security and an independent handling of received cases”, Anna ascertains.
Anna suggests looking at what is included in addition to the tool itself when choosing a provider:
“Many systems are similar to each other so (...) it is important what is offered beyond the system itself. We choose Visslan because it included an external independent recipient funcion, where incoming cases are initially received and reviewed.”
How was the implementation process?
Anna finds that Visslan’s policy agreement was of great assistance during the implementation process. Anna also explains that Arkitektkopia has had a startup meeting with Advokatfirman Lindahl and that they feel safe and satisfied with their external case handling.
